1. GENERAL TERMS

Welcome to SEMS Deco online store – www.semsdeco.lv (hereinafter referred to as "website," "we," "our," or "store").
By purchasing products on our website, you automatically agree to these terms and conditions. Therefore, we encourage you to carefully read them before making a purchase.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time by publishing an updated version on this page.

2. PURCHASES AND PAYMENTS

To complete a purchase, you must enter your personal and payment information so that we can issue an invoice and process your order.

Available payment methods:

Payment processing is provided by the payment platform makecommerce.lv, therefore our company transfers the necessary personal data for payment execution to the platform owner, Maksekeskus AS. Supported payment methods include:

✅ Latvian online banking payments (Swedbank, SEB, Citadele, Luminor)
✅ Visa / Mastercard payment cards
✅ Apple Pay and Google Pay

Payments are securely processed using SSL encryption. Your payment details are not stored in our system.

3. DELIVERY

Delivery options and costs:
We deliver products within the Baltic States (Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia) using Omniva and Venipak parcel terminals and courier services.

• Free delivery within Latvia for orders over €100.

• The standard delivery fee is calculated at the time of order placement.

Delivery time:

• Standard delivery: 2-7 business days after payment is received.

• Delivery times are approximate and may change due to unforeseen circumstances.

Damaged goods during delivery:
If an item is damaged during delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it by sending photos to info@semsdeco.lv.

International Delivery:

• For orders outside the Baltic States, shipping costs will be provided in a separate invoice.

• The shipping cost and delivery time depend on the destination country and the chosen shipping method.

• For international shipping inquiries, please contact us at info@semsdeco.lv before placing an order.

4. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Return and withdrawal rights:

You have the right to return an item within 14 days from the date of receipt. The item must be:
✔️ In its original packaging
✔️ Unused and undamaged
✔️ Accompanied by the order confirmation

Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer.
If the product has been used or damaged, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount by up to 80% of the original price.

How to return an item?

Inform us about your return by emailing info@semsdeco.lv with your order number and reason for return.
Send the item back using Omniva or Venipak services.
Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be issued within 14 days to your specified account.

We do not provide return request forms – a simple email notification is sufficient.

5. LIABILITY AND WARRANTIES

SEMS Deco is not responsible for delivery delays caused by third-party couriers or unexpected circumstances (strikes, weather conditions, etc.).

Product images on the website may slightly differ from the actual product (e.g., screen color variations).
We are not responsible for incorrect installation or misuse of the wall stickers.

6. PRIVACY POLICY AND DATA PROCESSING

SEMS Deco processes your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Your personal information is used exclusively for order processing and customer service.

We are not liable for failure to fulfill contractual obligations or delivery delays caused by unforeseeable and exceptional circumstances, such as:

Natural disasters, fires
Strikes, supply chain disruptions
Government-imposed restrictions

9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND LEGAL ASPECTS

All disputes are resolved through negotiation.
If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute will be settled in the courts of the Republic of Latvia under Latvian law.

Consumer Rights Protection Centre (PTAC) of Latvia
European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform
